As a family company, it is important to us that we provide only safe, high-quality products for your children. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us for a full refund. We will provide you with an RMA number and return address. *EXCLUDES ALL ITEMS MARKED AS "FINAL SALE"
Purchases made on our website are eligible for returns and a FULL REFUND, made within 30 days. We will take the loss and cover the original Free Shipping cost for you and will not deduct that from your refund amount. We also do not charge restocking fees.
Returned mats must be new, with unopened plastic and zip tie seal in place. It is okay if the outer brown shipping box is opened. If it is returned without meeting the return conditions aforementioned, we cannot process a refund and you may be responsible of paying the shipping costs for us to send it back to you. Or, if the original zip seal is broken, but the mat is clearly not opened or used, we can process a partial refund, less 35% restocking fee. Please send using a trackable method as we cannot process refunds if the package is not received back successfully.
Please note that actual colors may vary depending on the mobile or computer used, and will vary between each production run. We are not responsible for returns relating to colors. Please take a look at our customer reviews for information that may be helpful.

Processing Time & Cancellations
Orders are processed and shipped between 1-10 business days (unless special shipping dates is indicated during the time the order was placed). This does not include the 4-6 business day transit from UPS. Once it has left our facility, we are unable to process cancellations. You have the option of refusing the package once it arrives or contacting us for return instructions.
Address Changes or Corrections
Orders are processed and shipped between 1-10 business days (unless special shipping info is indicated during the time the order was placed). Change of address must be made before it ships. If it has already left our facility, it is up to you to contact the carrier and changes may not be guaranteed. We are not responsible for undeliverable or lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided, or unclaimed packages.

Insufficient Address, Undeliverable or Unclaimed
We will contact you via email if your order was returned to us by the carrier due to an insufficient address or any other reason. We can reship to a new address (processing and redelivery fees will apply), or we can process a refund (less original S&H). We are not responsible for undeliverable or lost packages due to incorrect addresses, or unclaimed packages.
Pets
Our mats are great for pets as many customers have confirmed. Stop by Amazon to see their reviews. We chose the best high quality materials for our mats so that they are truly safe, comfortable, durable, and long-lasting. However, please note that every pet is different so we cannot guarantee that our mats are compatible with all pets.
First-Time Use
Place mat with the curled edges facing down to flatten overnight. Due to the thick and protective cushion, uneven or sharp pressure points may cause indentations that will return to their original state over time.
Simply sweep, vacuum, mop or wipe clean with a damp cloth. Spills and liquid should be cleaned quickly as it will slowly seep through if left overtime. Do not put in a washer or spray down. Be sure to clean underneath the mat if liquids are spilled over to the edges as it might be spread underneath without knowing. Avoid sharp objects, direct sunlight, strong cleaning agents and prolonged heat sources such as vacuums (Roomba-friendly). Do not use vinegar. Pens and markers may not be cleanable. Be sure to fully lift up furniture when positioning. A lighter coffee table or ottoman is recommended. Not for use outdoors or in kitchens.
Please Note: May slide on some hardwood flooring (i.e. oakwood). Use caution while wearing socks as the surface may become slippery. Designs remain the same as shown in photos, but may be positioned slightly different right to left. Note that a special heat process is used to seal the edges of the cushioned layers, therefore a faint yellow tint will be present on the outer pressed edges, more so on the white areas of the design. Actual color may vary depending on mobile or computer used, and between each production run. If you plan on putting two side-by-side, we recommend ordering them together at one time and note that the pattern will not connect seamlessly. Orders are shipped via UPS.
