As a family company, it is important to us that we provide only safe, high-quality products for your children. If our mats do not meet your expectations, we will replace or refund the product within 30 days of the original purchase date.
Returned mats must be in new and unused condition with all original packaging and tags. We will not accept mats with signs of normal wear and tear or damage caused by improper.

Processing Time & Cancellations
Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Once it has left our facility, we are unable to process cancellations. You have the option of refusing the package once it arrives or contacting us for return instructions.
Address Changes or Corrections
Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Change of address must be made before it ships. If it has already left our facility, a $5.00 service fee will be charged, whether or not the address change is successful.

Insufficient Address, Undeliverable or Unclaimed
We will contact you via email if your order was returned to us by the carrier due to an insufficient address or any other reason. We can repack the mats and reship to a new address (processing and redelivery fees will apply), or we can process a refund (less original S&H and 15% restocking fee).
Place mat with the curled edges facing down to flatten overnight. Due to the thick and protective cushion, uneven or sharp pressure points may cause indentations that will return to their original state over time.
How to Clean
Simply wipe down with a damp towel. No soap needed. To increase the longevity of the mat, limit the use of cleaning agents.
